I found an incredible article/post at Rose Haven Cottage Health called Managing depression and anxiety with nutrition.
Cindy explains how nutrition helps keep her anxiety and moods in balance. She did the research and then applied it to her lifestyle. Definitely worth reading for anyone with anxiety, etc.

Depression and anxiety are both treatable illnesses so it is important to seek professional help if you think you or anyone you know may be feeling depressed or anxious .
