Hi, I sent you an email asking for help in trying to track down a downloadable version of this relaxation tape (I have it on tape but would like a downloadable version that I can put on my ipod so I can listen to it at night.) I hope you get the email.

Thank you SO MUCH for posting this so that I can listen to it on my computer in bed. I have the old set which were on cassettes and this has been SO helpful in allowing me to use it more - which is what I really need! Thanks a million!
